Let Us Help

What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step when you are not sure what the process will involve. We aim to make each stage clear and considered so you can begin with a little more certainty.

Reach Out to Us

Contact us by calling our team or completing our online enquiry form. We will ask for some basic details so we can understand what kind of support you need and help guide the next step.

Finding the Right Psychologist

Our team will help match you with an online psychologist whose experience and approach suit the care you are looking for.

Your First Session

Your first session gives your psychologist time to understand what has brought you here and what you would like support with. There is no need to have everything organised in your mind before you begin.

Length of Therapy

Therapy can be tailored to your needs, goals and funding pathway. Some people come for short-term support around a specific concern, while others continue over a longer period.

Why Choose Us?

why-choose
  • The In-Clinic Experience, Online

We take what works about in-person therapy – genuine connection and focused support – and make it available through telehealth.

  • Experienced, Compassionate Psychologists

Our psychologists bring varied clinical experience, with a shared commitment to respectful and collaborative online care.

  • Tailored Support for a Range of Needs

Whether you are navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, dissociation, neurodivergence, chronic pain, workplace stress, relationship concerns or life transitions, support is shaped around your needs and goals to find an approach that fits.

  • Professional, Accessible and Flexible

Telehealth gives you access to professional psychology services from home or another private space that works for you. Sessions are delivered online with clear structure and space for focused therapeutic work.

Clear Pathways for Care

Whether you are coming through WorkSafe, TAC, Medicare, NDIS, private health, or as a private client, we help make the practical side of funding, referrals and claims clearer.

For approved workplace injury or traffic accident claims, billing is handled directly with the insurer, so attended sessions are at no cost to you.

If you are not sure which pathway applies, our team can talk you through the options before you begin.

Frequently Asked Questions

You do not need a referral to book a psychologist consultation as a private-paying client. If you would like to access Medicare rebates, you will need a valid referral, such as a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. Eligible clients may be able to claim Medicare benefits for up to 10 individual psychology sessions per calendar year, with any gap fee discussed before your appointment.

We are a telehealth-only practice, offering secure online psychology sessions across Australia.

Yes, trauma and dissociation are core areas of our clinical work. We generally work within a phase-based (triphasic) model: establishing safety and stability first, then working with memory when you’re ready, and supporting reconnection and meaning afterwards. It’s a framework, not a fixed script — pacing, techniques and treatment plans vary from person to person.

We offer formal ADHD and autism assessments for adolescents and adults. This is separate from ongoing therapy and may be useful for self-understanding, support planning or accessing appropriate accommodations at home, work or in study.

Yes. We offer care that is responsive to LGBTQIA+ experiences and grounded in respect for each person’s identity.

Our team supports clients from a range of cultural backgrounds, with care that considers language and lived experience. We also have multilingual capacity within the practice, including Hindi.

Yes. We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients. We are not currently able to accept agency-managed NDIS clients.
